Enterprise Innovation & Business Strategy

David has spent more than 20 years in IT, management consulting, and business transformation, working with companies in B2B, B2C, and government markets, Fortune 500 firms among them. His specialty is finding gaps in a market and building profitable enterprise solutions to fill them.

That work has taken him into AI and machine learning, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, IoT, healthcare, and government. He designed a digital energy management platform for a global manufacturer and a Disease State Process Management and Personalized Medicine model for a healthcare provider. He wrote a data-protection white paper that was presented to then-Speaker of the House Paul Ryan and fed into the policy discussion around HR 8152, and he prepared a human rights policy for the Cabinet of Ukraine.

David holds a BBA in Marketing from Eastern Kentucky University and has done advanced study at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Northwestern's McCormick School of Engineering, and the Illinois Institute of Technology's Stuart School of Business. He has served on the advisory board of George Washington University's business school, guest lectured at Chicago Booth, and was recently named a Top 100 Global Innovation Leader by Top 100 Magazine.

Howard has spent more than 40 years in sales, business development, and commercial strategy, in both B2B and B2C markets. In senior leadership roles he has set growth strategy, opened new markets, built partnerships, and strengthened the sales organizations behind them.

He has led major business development initiatives, negotiated complex strategic agreements, improved profitability, and built high-performing sales teams. A lot of that work came down to getting customers, partners, and salespeople to agree on where they were going.

Today Howard consults for emerging and established companies on growth strategy, go-to-market planning, business development, partnerships, and organizational effectiveness, including how to put AI and other new technology to work in sales. He holds a BS in Finance and Marketing from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
